My current journey
Aug 2024 - Apr 2025 Joined NTUC Health Singapore as Product Designer Apprentice, working closely with product managers and engineers. This experience has solidified my passion for the industry, and I’m excited to continue growing and exploring the opportunities ahead!
Jan 2024 - UI/UX was a career path I hadn’t anticipated, but I made the decision to fully pursue it and unlock my potential. Though the transition was daunting at first, it motivated me to self-learn and quickly close the gap with my peers.
Apr 2023 - Secured my first full-time role at RN Care Pte Ltd Singapore, where I honed my skills in recruitment and sales, consistently achieving monthly sales targets. While this experience was invaluable in developing my professional skills, I realised my growing interest in blending research with creative problem-solving. This led me to explore new avenues, and I began learning Figma through Udemy, diving into the world of user experience design. I became passionate about understanding user challenges and exploring innovative ways to address them, sparking a shift in my career focus toward combining my analytical and creative strengths.
Oct 2022- Started my internship at KPMG Malaysia. Worked closely with hiring managers, contributing to the recruitment process by assessing candidates and assisting in securing offers. This experience allowed me to refine my communication and interpersonal skills while deepening my understanding of organisational behaviour.
July 2022 - Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a strong foundation in both theoretical concepts and practical applications. Gained extensive experience in data analysis, employing both quantitative and qualitative research methods to explore human behavior and mental processes.
